How will I get to know whether my Mobile TopUp has been successful?
Once you complete your process of mobile Topup, you or your customer will receive the following from us:
– Immediate response on your screen
– SMS from the selected operator with TopUp details
Is the Top Up instant?
Yes. You get your Top Up immediately. As soon as payment is made, you will get a confirmation message from Topup And Earn on your phone screen while a Top Up message from a selected mobile operator will be sent to receiving phone line.
What if the receiving line does not receive any Top Up?
Usually, after a successful transaction, the receiving line should receive Top Up details in an SMS message from the selected mobile operator within 20 seconds. In case it takes more than 30 minutes, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer care line with your transaction details
Do I need to contact my bank?
Yes, we strongly advise you to contact your bank in the event that you experience any of the following challenges while making online payment for TopUp and Earn services:
– When your account is blocked while making a transaction
– When your debit card has not been enrolled for online transaction or is not enabled for highly secure online transactions.
– When you receive messages requiring you to provide your bank and debit account details via SMS or phone calls.

How can I make the payments?
There are three modes of payments:

Why did my payment fail?
Recharging with Gain TopUp is usually flawless. However, when transaction fails, there are various reasons why that can happen:
– Network Error: Most probably occurs as a result of fluctuation in your mobile connection
– Speed Limit Errors: This happens when you retried (a transaction) too soon, usually you should wait a few minutes before retrying
– Card Errors:
» Transaction Not Permitted Errors: This error occurs when the card you are using has not been approved by your bank for online transactions.
What do I do when I forget my password?

What should I do if I do not get my Activation code on time?
After you have been patient for sometime and you are sure you have been charged from your account, send an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the phone number provided while making payment and date of payment success.
If I qualify for gift items, how do I get them if I am in a different state?
Our pickup points are in several states of the Nation. We can also do delivery by commercial operators, pickup vans or at the worst scenario, the monetary equivalent worth of prize will be sent to participant’s Dashboard.
How do I make a Top Up on Gain Funds TopUp?
Click on the network of your choice, type the phone number you want to Top Up and the amount, then click “Pay”.
Is there a limitation to the number of people i can register on my network?
No, you can register as much people as possible and continue earning
Are there other means to activate my account after registration?
No, everyone must register and pay to the online account to get an activation code for activating their account.
How do i get an activation code?
You will have to first complete your registration, then select the “pay online” option using a Bank Card (e.g. Mastercard, Visa) to make a one-time chargeable fee of N4,500 after which your activation code will be sent to you via the phone number provided while making your payment online.
How does one become a State Representative (SR)?
You must have at least attained the Pearl Level, be able to setup an office in your location and willing to give out cash price at own cost to participants in your region which will be charged back to the Gain Cooperative.
Is there any other commission aside the referral bonus?
